We take keeping our doors open very seriously, during such vulnerable times.
We have put a lot of thought and have done some additional training in preparation, to ensure that we are providing you & ourselves with as much safety and protection as possible.
Below you will see what is required of you when you visit us.

When you arrive for your hair appointment, please call the salon 613-569-6369 and wait outside until we let you in.
Walk-ins are requested to do the same.
There will be a station at the front, with hand sanitizer. We request you sanitize your hands before touching anything.
At the hand sanitizing stations, we have also provided masks & shoes covers that are mandatory to wear before we start your service.

We ask that all food and beverages do not enter the salon.
Also, at this time will not be offering any beverages. (sorry & and only for now!)
Being an AVEDA salon, means we offer many different value added experiences to your visit with us. Sadly, at this time we will not be allowed to offer, scalp & neck massages, hot towel treatments, or hand treatments.
We apologize for the disappointment, and will resume these services when we know it is safe to do so.

We respectfully request that you sanitize your hands before using the debit machine.
We were cleaning freaks to start and have always practised industry standard cleaning protocols.
But with COVID-19 we felt it was important to amp it up.
We have extended our appointment times, to give us extra time between guests to thoroughly wipe down and clean all surfaces, soak and wipe our tools, wash our hands and set up for the person to follow you.
You will see that we will always be wearing a face shield and or a mask.
We have also installed a shield at our front desk for extra protection when you cash out.
We have put up signage to better help direct you, and inform you about what we expect, during your visit.
We are a two woman show!
It will be rare when you see both of us at the shop together. But when we are there together, rest assured we will only ever have 5 people in our establishment at a time. (this is including ourselves)
We will also be working at opposite ends of the hair salon, to practice social distancing as much as possible.
If you are a guest who is at greater risk if you contract COVID-19. Please email Caitlin directly so we can find a quiet time for you to enjoy your hair service.
We have prepared an assessment checklist, that we will review with each guest prior to getting started on your service. This is to ensure we know you haven't experienced any Covid-19 symptoms leading up to your appointment.
We will also be following the same health assessment and will not be at work if we are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 .
If Nicole or Caitlin show any Covid-19 symptoms, we will have to shut down operations at a moments notice to self - isolate and to get proper testing.
